Vehicle Engine Capacity is a dimension containing information about the size of engines of vehicles involved in collisions.

This information has been specially provided to MAST by the Department for Transport who derived this information from the vehicle registration marks (VRMs) of vehicles involved in crashes and cross-checked them against the DVLA database to gain vehicle details.

Details of VRMS are not contained within MAST.
